		<description>Hi Claudia,
Frownies are to be used to retrain wrinkles and are most commonly used at bedtime. Though they can be used to retrain wrinkles that were created from squinting, they are not designed to be worn to prevent the type of “bedface” wrinkles you get from sleeping.

One of the simplest things you can do is to change the type of pillowcase. A silk pillowcase is very affordable, luxurious and can eliminate many sleep wrinkle issues.  Amazon has a nice one for around $13;  &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.amazon.com/dp/B0027IS1O0/?tag=mlbd-20&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;SPASILK 100% SILK PILLOWCASE &lt;/a&gt;

For wrinkles created from sleeping, please read my article http://skincareforwrinkles.com/face-wrinkles/say-goodnight-to-sleep-wrinkles/

Let me know if this helps.

		<description>My son is now complaining that when he wakes up he has sleep wrinkles in his face that can take a half day to go away. I&#039;m not sure this is the product he thinks he needs. Do you have a suggestion? He is 30.</description>
